This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which InviteForge may issue refunds for premium subscription payments. By subscribing to InviteForge Pro you acknowledge and agree to the terms described below.
All payments for InviteForge Pro subscriptions are generally non-refundable. When you subscribe, you gain immediate access to all Pro features for the duration of your billing period. Because of this instant access, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused time after cancellation.
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. Your Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
We do not consider refunds for dissatisfaction with features, accidental purchases that have already been used, or changes to the Pro feature set.
To request a refund, contact us at our Discord server within 7 days of the charge. Please include:
We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in immediate suspension of your account and server access. We are happy to resolve issues directly and quickly.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
